Overview
A web tool for teachers that does two things.
It helps them create AI content to present the educational projects they run on different topics, and it gives them an agenda to keep track of their students, with AI.

What we found before writing a line of code — three observations that defined what this project would, and wouldn’t, become.

Why it matters
Challenge
Teachers introduce each new class project to their students, and they wanted that introduction to be content made for their class: a Christmas intro video where Santa Claus greets the kids, calling each of them by name, or a renewable-energy project presented by talking electric cars. Making that kind of AI content by hand, project after project, is not something a teacher has time for.

What we built
Solution
Seeing that need, I decided to build the tool myself.
Classtory turns a project topic into AI content teachers can show to their class, personalised for their students, and adds an agenda where teachers follow each student's progress with AI. It is built as a Next.js web app.
The problem
Why teachers needed AI content for their class projects
The idea came from the teachers themselves. They present educational projects on all kinds of topics, and the best introductions are the ones that feel made for that class: Santa Claus saying hello to every child by name before a Christmas project, or electric cars that talk to introduce renewable energy. Seeing that need, I decided to build the tool.
What I built
AI-generated project intros, personalised for each class
From a project's topic, Classtory creates the AI content to present it to their students: a Christmas intro with Santa greeting the class by name, a renewable-energy project with talking electric cars, and whatever topic comes next. The point is that the teacher brings the project and the class, and the tool takes care of turning that into something the kids want to watch. Student agenda
An agenda to follow every student, with AI
The second half of Classtory is for the teacher's own work: an agenda where they keep track of their students, with AI helping along the way. Project content and student follow-up live in the same tool, so the teacher doesn't have to juggle one app for the class and another for the students.
